www.yoshnasbyela.com is not liable to compensate you if the quality of any products/merchandise purchased by you through the Website did not meet your expectations. At the most, we may allow you to return the product in exchange for another product as per the terms prescribed under “Cancellation & Refund Policy”.
You cannot ask from www.yoshnasbyela.com any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or compensation of any kind, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product/merchandise;
Any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events;
Any missed opportunities to avail certain discounts;
Any issue with courier companies or our delivery partners or their personnel;
Any gift/discount voucher which got deactivated upon reaching the expiry date;
Unavailability of items which you tried to purchase etc.
1. If the product received is defective (which is unlikely) or if the package is tampered with,
please return the package to us.
2. Send us the proof of the defect i.e. a clear picture of the product via email to email@example.com with the order details to initiate the replacement or refund process as deemed applicable.
3. All such requests should be made through email within 2 days from the delivery of the order.
4. Once we receive the products, a quality check would be done by our team to evaluate the same, and the replacement or refund will be processed after that.
5. In case the exact replacement product is no longer available, we shall refund the amount within 15 days from the refund confirmation to you, and the amount refunded to you would be only for the products and not the shipping charges.
6. The cost of shipping it back to our facility for return/exchange including the custom duty/levies (for international customers) shall be borne by you.
7. Customised products are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
8. Products purchased during any promotional sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
9. Products eligible for return, exchange shall be unused and shall have the original packaging with the tag.
10. Decision to approve or reject the return, exchange or refund request is solely at the discretion of YoshnasByEla and our decision shall be final.
